We do not accept speculative applications for any of our vacancies at Aberdeen. To apply for our apprenticeship programme you will need to complete the online form on our vacancies page when the application window opens.
Register your personal details online
- Upload your CV
- Complete our assessment questions
- State your preferences for location
Please be aware you must complete the form in one session, you cannot save and return so we encourage you to prepare these offline first. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our Recruitment and HR teams.
After the closing date you will be contacted with the outcome of your application. If you meet application criteria, you will be invited to attend recruitment open day.
If you progress through from the initial meeting, you will be invited in for two weeks’ work experience in our Aberdeen or Edinburgh office in July 2016. During this time you will gain experience in one of the teams who participate in the apprenticeship programme.
The work experience placement will give you the opportunity to find out more about our business, get a great understanding of the departments our apprentices rotate within and to meet our current apprentices.
During your work experience you will have a panel interview for our apprenticeship programme. This will be with a member of our Talent Management team and another manager from the business. If you are successful at this stage you will be offered a place to join our apprenticeship programme in September 2017.
